We ship our products worldwide and all packages are shipped with utmost discretion.Depending on which products ordered and your location we ship from Asia or Europe. Due to the time and effort we put into our packing and shipping we have a VERY high delivery success rate. We also have up to date inside knowledge as to how and what customs are looking for in packages from abroad and use this information so that you, the customer, get what you order everytime. Products are packed and if necessary repacked with utmost care and precaution, the purpose is to minimize shipment volume and use utmost discretion. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package are never used in our shipments. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages (always included in the S&H-charges).
SHIPPING METHODS
Non Registered post
Your order will normally be posted within 48 hours of it being ordered and paid for. Orders paid by cash transfer such as Western Union usually ship within 24 hours. The order will be hidden and sent in plain packaging with no mention of steroids anywhere. If the order is large, it will be broken down into smaller packages and sent on seperate days.Non Reg means you can use a false name for receiver as package needs no signature and should be left if no one in and also is the least suspicious way of us sending as Customs take less interest in anything sent Un Registered. However, please be aware, there is no way of tracking a non registered item. We will not be responsible for unregistered post being lost in transit because we have no way of tracking it. Any re shipment would only be offered on production of proof from the customer, that a package has been lost or seized.Orders can be shipped by priority airmail (registered and non registered) and courier.
Registered priority airmail
We normally send your order hidden in discreet packages by registered priority airmail but you can choose your preferred posting method. You or someone will normally need to sign for your package on arrival. If your local postal carrier is unable to deliver your package to the shipping address given (because there is no one there who is able to sign for the registered parcel) you will normally get a note by the postal carrier of where you can collect it from and you may need to contact your postal carrier to arrange a pick up time. If you do not contact your postal carrier (eg USPS in USA) the carrier may send the parcel back to the country of origin. The parcel will not be returned to us as we do not include a valid return address (for security reasons). In such cases, the parcel and its contents will be lost and we will not re ship a second time. If the package is stopped by your Customs (and you will receive a note from them if they do seize the package) we shall ship a second time (by registered airmail again) but you must supply a clean, uncompromised alternate name and address. We offer re ships for 50% of original order price plus shipping fees - on production of a valid Customs letter. All registered packages are extremely small and non descript. Any re shipment would only be offered on production of proof from the customer, that a package has been lost or seized. An example of proof would be a copy of a notice issued by a Customs authority. In addition the customer must provide an alternative (ie clean and uncompromised) name and address. We offer re ships for 50% of the original product price plus shipping fee costs - on production of a valid Customs letter.
Courier
Courier is the quickest method of delivery but all orders shipped by courier must be re packed to a higher degree and even then we cant guarantee delivery and we recommend our normal registered posting method for best success. Courier packages are nearly always inspected before posting or during shipping and thus the order has to be completely re packed to ensure success in delivery but if ordering vials with metal tops then they are not as successful as sachets. We advise that courier is usually more suited to larger orders or urgent orders due to higher cost ( Aprox US $80 plus). For full tracking of your order along every part of its postal journey then this is the only way.
Tracking your order
By Courier is the only way to get full tracking of your package.
If shipped by registered post, you will be emailed a Postal registration/reference number please keep this email as any lost orders can then be traced later by us ( tracing lost orders is a long process as forms have to be filled in and sent to the National Post Head Office who then write a reply up to 5 weeks later. If an order is taking an unusual amount of time to arrive we will put a trace on the order from here by initially calling the Post Head Office then filling in Lost package forms). If you wish you may also enquire from your country too, the registration number usually changes when it enters another country, but your post office can possibly give you the number assigned to it.
How soon will you receive your goods? Your order will be shipped normally within 48 hours after being paid for but we try to ship to you as quick as possible everytime. Shipping to Australia, Mainland Europe and the UK USUALLY takes 7-15 days and to Canada and the United States 10-21 days. It is unusual for an order to take longer than this but it sometimes happens. Once the order is sent we have no control over postal delays, public holidays or any other delays the postal service make so please dont contact us asking where it is until at least 20 BUSINESS days have passed.Business days are Mon to Fri only.
Confiscated orders
In an unlikely event that your order is stopped, you will get a letter from the customs telling you your order has been seized,it may take a few weeks. Do not reply to the letter. Instead, scan and email a copy to us and we will re-ship to another new uncompromised address for 50% of the original cost (HGH products not included as we will not ship them again) plus you pay shipping fees ( if your order shipped non registered, any re ship will be registered). If you wish us to re ship, before we receive sight of a Customs letter, we would require 100% of the order total to be sent to us again.
Please note : the delivery address you give us on your account details/order is where it will get posted to....if you make a mistake and package doesnt get to you then it will NOT return to us as we give false return address details for security reasons. We will not reship at a discounted price in this case and your original order will be lost.
Packaging
Your order will be packed the way we think is best, this relates to size and value of the order, so your order may come in more than one packet.
SHIPPING PRICES DEPEND ON METHOD CHOSEN/AMOUNT ORDERED.......The standard price for our discreet packing/handling service plus registered priority airmail worldwide is 30 euro for all orders under 500 euro.You may think this is expensive but we often have to send orders in 2 or more discreet packages depending on the order but we still only charge the standard 30 euro price. Orders above 500 euro now receive free discreet packing and shipping. Small test orders are welcome but we are sorry we are unable to discount the standard packing/shipping rate. If you require very fast courier service (aprox 5 to 7 days and more expensive) then please let us know when ordering.
PAYMENT DETAILS
Payment can be made in Euro, Pound, AUS Dollar and CAN or U.S Dollars. Before ordering any products just change currency (on the right side of Home page) to your local or preferred currency. We accept three methods of payment: Western Union Money Transfer(they accept credit cards), International Bank Transfer(for orders over 500 euro only) and MoneyGram(also accept credit cards).
Please note that we cannot accept Credit Card payment directly as NO real Steroid stores are accepted by any Credit Card companies as customers...any Steroid store that offers this payment method may not sell real steroids or are using a bridging billing company that dont give protection if your order doesnt arrive, so be careful....especially giving your credit card details to a company that you dont know. You can use the well known western union/ moneygram offices to pay by credit card safely.
Western Union Money Transfer
All necessary wire information is NOT included with your order confirmation, it is normally sent to you within 12 hours after placing your initial order (check your junkmail as sometimes our reply emails go there). We use Western Union, as it is an easy and reliable transfer. Some of the features using Western Union are: U.S. citizens and many other countries can use any major credit card to make a money transfer on-line(or alternatively at nearest office) by visiting www.westernunion.com or by dialing 800-CALL-CASH 170,000 Western Union Agent locations in over 190 countries Payment is normally cleared within minutes and ready for receiver to collect. You can use your Credit Card to pay for the Western Union Transfer. Simply place an order choosing Western Union Payment as your payment method and pay for it online (or at your local w.u agent) at www.westernunion.com. Bank Transfer - Direct Bank to Bank Transfer(International)

All necessary Bank information is NOT included with your order confirmation, normally it is sent to you within 12 hours after placing your initial order (check your junkmail too for our replies) . Direct Bank Transfer is cheaper, reliable, yet somewhat harder to use, compared to Western Union Money Transfer. A form must be filled in correctly at your local bank, with details of receivers bank, branch, acc number, swift code etc., any mistakes can mean a hold up and your money not being transfered and a delay of 1 to 2 weeks to rectify. Note: Our bank only uses the Swift Transfer system (not IBAN) so please check with your bank first as many customers seem to have trouble sending this way. You may have to go to a big branch of your bank as we know it can be done but smaller bank branch staff are not experienced enough to help. Some of the features using International Bank to Bank Transfer are: If you are using Internet/Online banking you may be able to send this way but check with your bank first that they allow you to do international Swift transfers online. You can make a transaction using your Bank account - no hassle with cash. Payment transfer fee is only couple of percents, depending on your bank. Payment is normally cleared within 3-4 business days.
